Oracle DBA 11g Training

Oracle DBA training provided by a certified DBA with 13+ years of production Database Administration experience.

Class setting: Small number (6 to 8 students)

Training hours: 30
Time:

Every Saturday or Sunday 8AM – 1PM for 5 weeks.

Equipment: Students need to bring their own laptop with 40 gigs of free space and 1gig of RAM with Windows XP.

 

Training Objective:

  1. Oracle RDBMS Architecture review
  2. Review various Oracle database components
  3. Review Oracle Flexible Architecture
  4. Installation of Oracle software
  5. Oracle DML
  6. Database security
  7. Creating database user objects using SQL*PLUS
  8. Database creation using Oracle GUI
  9. Database administration using Oracle Enterprise Manager
  10. Install Oracle SQL Developer Client tool
  11. Create schema objects using SQL Developer
  12. Basic performance tuning of database
